The Upper 90 Return Policy
We will replace incorrect or damaged items in a timely manner.
Custom and personalized apparel and products are not returnable in one-time order circumstances. However, there is a return policy for custom apparel for repeat order customers (50% back on a return, and 75% back towards an exchange; return or exchange must occur within 30 days of customer receiving the product). For example, shirts decorated with a design that reads “League Champs 2017” would be treated as one-time order items; we would not be able to resell these shirts if we take them back so we have no return policy for these shirts. A team that orders custom apparel with the team logo repeatedly each season would be able to return apparel if they mistakenly order the wrong item or the wrong size; we might be able to resell the returned item in a future year or season, so we would be willing to give 50% of the paid price back to the customer for a return or 75% of the paid price back to the customer for an exchange.
Non-custom apparel and products in their original condition may be returned for 100% money back within 30 days of the customer receiving the product. Receipt is required for returns. Receipt is not required for in-store credit or exchanges.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when shipping an item back.
