Two standard 52-card decks, including jokers, are used to play the card game known as classic rummy. The objective is to form sets and runs, and it can accommodrummy 100ate two to six players. Runs are sequences of three or more consecutive cards in the same suit, whereas sets are made up of three or four cards of the same rank. Each player starts the game with thirteen cards. The top card is positioned face-up to begin the discard pile, and the remaining cards make up the draw pile.
