Forming sets and runs from a hand of cards is the fundamental element of the game of rummy. Being the first player to combine all of your cards infree slots to playto legitimate combinations—which can include runs of three or more consecutive cards of the same suit or sets of three or four cards of the same rank—is the main goal. Each player draws a card from the discard pile or the stockpile, and at the conclusion of their turn, they discard one card.
