Players have the choice to call (match a bet), raise (increase a bet), check (pass), bet (wager chips), or fold (discard their hand) win roulettefollowing the initial deal. Players must evaluate both their own hands & their opponents' possible hands by analyzing their betting patterns, which is where the strategic component enters the picture. The "flop" (the first three community cards), "turn" (the fourth card), and "river" (the fifth card) are the three progressively revealed community cards.
